Waterfront on Goodnow Flow, one of the most private and peaceful lakes in the Adirondacks. This year-round camp sits just back from the water, set a bit above the shoreline, giving a wonderful view of the Flow while still tucked in for privacy. Goodnow Flow is its own community, about 200 properties wrapped around the lake. The Association maintains the dam and boat launch, and leases about 8,000 acres of land around the Flow for members to explore. Annual dues are $1,200, and while short-term rentals aren't allowed, you may be glad for that.

The Flow is drawn down in the fall and raised again in spring, but in between, it's yours to enjoy in every season—fishing in summer, snowmobiling in winter, and quiet, peaceful Adirondack days all year round.
